The Richcorp approach is a long range plan to explore, exploit, capitalize on its unique blend of hydrocarbon, mining and environmental remediation experience. Instead of the conventional explore, exploit and abandon, we will analyze and plan then extract and restore. Analysis of the abandoned sites from the remediation of environmental disasters created from the “seat of the pants” exploitation efforts by the mining and petroleum corporations indicates that a paradigm must be created to reverse the condition of those sites and set a new standard by example. The various companies previously and now involved in the same types of resource exploration and exploitation of the Earth’s natural resources have left toxic pits, huge pockmarks on the land and waste piles of incredible sizes. We have the technology to do what is necessary to repair prior sites. We also posses the technologies to responsibly extract then leave the exploited site in better than original condition.

Richcorp feels that rather than waste or discard by-products that are not the primary objective of the exploitation process, we shift our focus to researching markets for each and every constituent. We should recover and conserve these materials through secondary or tertiary recovery and/or processing each and every sub-product produced from these operations to produce a zero waste/zero emissions benchmark for our industries. The Earth and its inhabitants cannot exist without these essential resources in order to mobilize, manufacture and utilize these natural resources to maintain a standard of living that we have been accustomed to. This can only be achieved from intelligent commercialization, effective utilization and responsible distribution of these resources.
