Coal Washing Results
The analysis of the coal tailings before being processed
(the certificate dated January 27, 2006), showed that the coal not
only had an inordinate amount of ash (17.6%), severely de-valuing
the coal, the coal also had a low BTU, a value
used to evaluate the heat produced by 1 U.S. pound of the
material. The raw coal produced 11,419 BTU's per pound (in the
'as sampled',
'as received' state).
A minimum of 12,000 BTU's is required for NYMEX
traded coal, for example, with the maximum allowable ash value on NYMEX
traded coal is (by weight) 13.5%.

The proximate analysis of the coal prior to washing
|

These results were achieved by utilizing a single stage wash system in Bartow, Florida.
A complete multi-stage system similar to previous wash plants built by Richcorp, Inc. for
applying their enzyme technology is being assembled for maximizing these results for the
process for application on a coal washing project in Pennsylvania.

Copyright5, 2006 show
the marked decrease in the ash content of the material (7.33),
a reduction of approximately 59% enhancing the value considerably.
